Adams / Sam Adams loop

07/06/2019 Region: New England Activity Type: Hiking/Walk Place: Randolph, NH

Looking to do a challenging loop of Mts. Adams and Sam Adams in the White Mountains of NH, ascending King Ravine via the steep Chemin des Dames route and descending the ravine via the Great Gully Trail.  (Could do this is reverse instead.)  Roughly 9 miles total and about 3500' elevation gain, will make this a tough but rewarding hike.  Pace would be relatively fast, averaging 2mph.

Sounds challenging, and adventurous. I like it.
