Hi, perhaps in warmer weather, on a full moon night - although view to the east might be perferrable, not sure Pinnacle offers this. How about Mt Elmore, maybe I can suggest something - happy to see some GO activity in Vermont.

I like the idea of night hiking. You might want to consider starting at the lower parking lot. It's winter and the road to the upper lot is rather steep.
