All parking will be along the sides of the road.
When we arrived at the mountian around 0830hr the top was cover in a blanket of fog. as we waited for the eniter gorup to show up, we started to hike around the 0920hr, the fog had burnt off and was going to be a wonderful day for a hike. As we made it up the start of the stage coach trail and entered the windmill farm, the group was amazed that you are able to walk right up the the base of the 2 windmills and see how large these items really are. We contiunted down the detour trail back to harring, where some of the rocks were still slippers due to the morning fog and a possiable over night rain shower. As we made our way up Harrington we stop as needed and some hikers took a side trail to a rock ledge for a quick overlook of the windmills and the valley below. Once at the top everony had a quick bit to eat, saw the sights, then proced to head down Pine Hill Trail. Once at the bottom of that we entered Bicentenial trail which is a rock scramble style trail that goes around the base of the Mountian. This drops you at High Meadow, Where the Group Photo was taken of us by a passing hiker. We conitued down to Echo Lake, and onto Echo Lake trail, thank back to the cars. We ended the hike around 1320hrs.
I belived it was a 4hr hike enjoyed by all member of the group. I will have to post another hike with differnt trails for this area again.
