• About me: : I am a hiking buff and lover of anything outdoors. I really enjoy the connections that are made when we are unplugged and outside on the trail. Love hiking with my dog too. I am very passionate about helping deepen peoples' connection to the natural world through my training in Awake in the Wild (mindfulness in nature) and my work as an Entheogenic Minister guiding with plant medicines to foster those connections.

• Outdoor Experience: : I have been hiking most of my life - everything from day and overnight trips into the Whites to serious treks in the Himalayas in India and Nepal. Former Wilderness First Responder (since expired).
