This 700 acre park is easy to get to and offers enjoyable views with small hills, ruins of old estates (Alexander Graham Bell lived in one), flocks of swans and two lakes.  The walk itself will

Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at:

We'll meet at 1pm in the parking lot just past the tennis courts.  Enter the park through the main gate (stone pillars) on Amesbury Road, route 110.  The dirt parking lot is about 1/2 mile on the right.

From route 495, take exit 52 to route 110 West.  The park entrance will be about 2 miles on your left.

After moving the event date because of the weather, I was glad to see the turnout.  The cold and wind changed our course, but we enjoyed the fresh air, the swans, and the creaking trees. Hope to post another event soon.
