Dave Herrod of MountainSide has graciously invited GayOutdoors for an afternoon of snowshoeing at beautiful MountainSide in Hinsdale, NH. It is the weekend of Winter Carnival in Brattleboro, and a perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy the season! We will meet at noon and snowshoe for a couple of hours on trails rated easy to moderate in steepness. Afterward, we will order pizza and enjoy it by the fire (S'mores too?). The address for MountainSide will be provided to registered attendees. Dave said he has an extra pair or two of snowshoes if someone is interested but doesn’t have their own. Please message me if you would like to reserve a pair.
Bring microspikes in case there is insufficient snow for snowshoeing; we will hike instead. I hope you can join us!
