Several of your friends, and at least one straight guy from my work, will be hiking about 5 miles on the Sky Line Trail in the Blue Hills Reservation. The leaves are about as good as they will get
start at Houghton's Pond parking lot, 840 Hillside St Milton MA 02186 which is close to 128, 95 & 93.
Six hearty hikers survived this beautiful day! We met at Houghtons Pond lot to load into two cars to spot at Shea Ice Rink where we started the tough part....actually walking back to Houghtons Pond. We enjoyed lunch along the way. Arriving at Buck Hill, a little over 3 miles in, we met all the others who were out on the beautiful day. We did get pictures and even had some youngin's that thought we mostly looked good for our history. Back at the lot George & Chuck headed to do the next leg up to Elliot Tower. The rest of us departed to get home and rake leaves!
