We'll leave from Houghton's Pond Parking Lot at 10:30 for the 3.5 mile loop hike to Elliot Tower where views of the Boston skyline can be seen. The autumn colors should be close to full bloom. The
Seven of us walked about 3.5 miles, round trip, up to Elliot Tower and back to our cars parked at Houghtons Pond. Then 4 of us headed a few miles down Rt 138 to 99 for a bite to eat. It was a decent day that was predicted just the day before to be a rain out.
