Wonderful Fall weather greeted a group of 12 eager Go'ers for a great walk in the Purgatory Chasm. It was a warm day and the Fall colors were in full splendor. We went into the Chasm Loop Trail, walking between the huge boulders that are thrown around the ravine. We continued to the Upper Purgatory Trail and then to the upper portion of Chasm Loop Trail. We had a lunch break on the boulders just above the parking lot. Then we did another loop, the Charley’s Loop Trail.
