What Members Are Saying About This Trip/Event

  • Today's hike was picture perfect. Four of us navigated the lush green, rolling hills of Big Morongo Canyon Preserve. We did all but two of the loops in about 2 hrs. The weather was perfect: 72 degrees and not windy. Wildlife sightings were limited to quail and lizards, but we had plenty of conversation to keep us entertained. While there were many birders at the canyon today, not many of them were to be found actually on the trails. It was a marvelous hike. - BCB
