After my hike at Frontenac State Park, I was driving back to Minneapolis and remembered that I had heard about this Water Fall in Hastings.

Boy, I wasn't let down one bit! The Falls link up to an old run down Mill, and allow a nice walking path to the river. If you wanted to, one could carefully climb down the rocks and get closer to the water, (when it's low) and enjoy the peace and quiet of being with nature.

There were a few people walking the regular path, but I wanted to get close to the Old Mill and down near the water on this short 1.40 mile hike. Of course, with the unseasonally warm weather on this particular day, many people were out and about taking in the sun and just relaxing before the cold set in for the winter.
