Summary

This 8 mile hike with a 3500 foot elevation gain will ascend Wildcat E and continue over the ridge to Wildcat A and then descend to the Carter Notch Hut. After a break at the hut we will hike out on the 19 mile brook trail to Rt16. Hike will take about 8 hours. Hikers are welcome to stay over at my house or camp at the pond (Sugar Hill NH) before & after the hike if desired.

Directions To Trailhead Parking Lot

Glen Ellis Falls Parking Lot or Carpool over from Bear Pond (Sugar Hill NH). (We will spot a car at 19 Mile Brook Parking Lot).
