I ride nearly every weekend weather permitting. I hike, sail and own a kayak.
I grew up spending a lot of time outdoors mostly on boats. I like weather very much so can be prepared for anything which comes along.
Find a person or a group to join you in whatever activity appeals, Example: bike riding is not anywhere near as fun if riding alone. You will also find that you go greater distances when doing an activity with person(s).
First experience was riding the Airline Trail with Jonathan Clark. Small ground but totally enjoyed the company.
Doing something I enjoy with men who are gay..........I continue to want to meet new people and this allows me to do this.
Access to water is everywhere and mostly free, boat ramps all over the shore. The State has a network of hiking trails which were established in the 30"s and remain open to the public. Suggest "the Connecticut Walk Book" as a guide. Opportunities to ride are limitless and come in all varieties and difficulties. It is a beautiful state to explore and has many ways to do it.
Greece. Weather is always beautiful, water is most inviting and the scenery spectacular (men notwithstanding. Don't forget sunblock.
A destination where I can do a long ride, explore at a slower pace. Far East is one destination.
A good long ride and then a swim to cool off. Dinner with friends would be sublime.
