Charlie Interview

What draws you to the greater outdoors in general?

I love the sunlight; vistas and the change of seasons.

Why do you like GayOutdoors?

GayOutdoors provides me an easy way to meet like minded adventurers in my area.

What would members be most surprised to learn about you?

You might be interested to know that I built the majority of my house; or maybe that I'm 6'7".

What was your first GO trip? How did it turn out?

My first GO activity was a hike sponsored from Ed in NJ. The group went out to eat afterwards and the whole day went well.

Outdoor Adventures that should not be missed?

I see a lot of great activities, especially in New England. And don't miss my hike of Rickett's Glen State Park on August 17th. You'll see up to 22 waterfalls in one hike!

Best outdoor advice you have ever gotten?

Be prepared for anything.

What is your favorite place in Pennsylvania?

Lititz is a beautiful town in Amish country. I also love bike riding the Canal Trail behind my house that goes from Easton to Bristol. .

What piece of gear have you most recently bought?

Tubes for floating on the Delaware River.
