The hike wil begin at Sinking Creek (Va. 630) . The hike begins with a slight ascent then a descent into Sinking Creek Valley at Va. 42. The next .8 miles will be through pasture land (with cattle).

We will be leaving the hostel for the trailheads at 8:00 AM sharp.
