WOW!

What an amazing hike today. The weather was excellent. The trail was in outstanding condition. No Bugs! The perfect combination for a great adventure. We made excellent time and reached our goal with time to spare. We took many pictures which we will hope to load soon. Great applause to @promeneur for keeping a great pace and sharing so MANY jokes. Humor is a great addition to any hike.

I HIGHLY recommend this trip for any hikers. The Nancy Cascades is an easy to moderate (2.5miles) destination for simple hikers. The Norcross Pond (4.3 miles) has incredible views of the Pemigewasset Wilderness and Franconia Ridge, is a more moderate commitment but doable hike. Two short, minor steep sections (switchbacks) otherwise a nice grade up to Norcross Pond. Many opportunities for pictures.

This trip will be repeated later in the summer. Sweet swimming holes along the hike will be a fantastic addition to a summer adventure.

Sign Up and G.O. You stay at home folks are missing fantastic fun and adventures.
