What a difference 24 hours makes. The morning didn't start out too good, though, with continued fog and mist, but our return to the campground after the Saturday hike it was gloriously sunny and clear. We relaxed around the firepit, fired up the grill and had a great tasting dinner of steaks with grilled onions and bell peppers. Around 930pm, we headed to our dry tents for another restful night only to be roused out of our deep sleep around midnight by a barred owl hooting mightily in a tree right above our tents. Fortunately, it moved on after a couple of minutes of loud hooting.
