Summary
JOIN US IN PTOWN - July 27, 28 & 29 (Tues – Thurs).
Can’t do the 3 days – then just join us for the days that work for you.
We’ll coordinate meet up locations & times closer to the trip date.
If you will need accommodates you should acquire them SOON - this being a mid-week trip, should help somewhat with reservations.
Any questions – just email me via the GO site.
TENTATIVE AGENDA (we are very flexible however) :
TUESDAY – Biking PTown – approximately 15 miles (bike rentals available).
We’ll start the day with a light breakfast in the east end. Then bike thru town to the dunes (Province Land Bike Trail). On our return we’ll hit neighborhoods (where the locals live), the Pilgrim Monument and the PTown Cemetery with the haunted crypts – spooky….
WEDNESDAY – Jetty walk – approximately 4 miles.
We’ll walk the Provincetown Causeway (Jetty) out to the Long Point Lighthouse and back.
THURSDAY – Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail – approximately 25 miles.
We’ll start at the Marconi area - National Seashore Headquarters (note: Lecount Hollow Road parking is temporarily closed) and bike to Nickerson State Park. On our way, we’ll take a slight detour to the Salt Pond Visitor’s Center, Nauset Light & ride the Nauset Bike Trail.
*** In our spare time we’ll hit the beach, do in town strolling & shopping, catch a drag show, dine out, and of course hit a bar or two. We CAN do it all …

- Comment: I can join the group on the third day of the Provincetown Adventure. I live in Somerset Massachusetts and will be driving to the location by car very early Thursday morning. I’d be glad to give anyone with similar plans who needs transportation a ride.

Probably won't be able to do much on Thursday, otherwise i will be there through Thursday morning.
Update: definitely in for Wednesday but probably not the others.
Just in case you have not been following the news lately many businesses in PTown are requiring that you show your vaccination card, although I am not entirely sure Crown and Anchor may be one of them. So just a good idea to bring it along.
Hi all, I'm new to the group and am not seeing an intuitive way to edit my RSVP. Just wanted to comment that I may be taking the ferry over, and even if I drive, I'd be stopping en route in Hyannis to visit family, so I'm not a reliable source for a ride this trip. Sorry!
By now everybody should have received an email from me regarding contact info for this hike. If not check your email spam and/or email me so I can resend. Thanks, Mo
