Trip Report/Photos

This ride was listed with Parkway Cycling Club. Since only one member of PCC was going to join me for this exploratory ride, I decided to list it at the last minute on GO too. A member of GO joined and he was very familiar with the Somerville Community Path since he rode to work on this path often. My ride was advertised as a 30 mile ride from Adam's Park in Roslindale and it turned out to be about that. It was another beautiful day with a temp of about 75 and blue skies! I could not have asked for better company either. The PCC member was very willing to explore and try new things. The GO member was very helpful. He split off once we reached Alwife. Two of us ended up having lunch at Burger Barn in Davis Square. It was a really nice day!

What Members Are Saying About This Trip/Event

  • Nice to meet you Max! Susan & I had a nice lunch stop at Burger Barn in Davis Square and we did eventually b find our way back onto the bike path. We would have found it sooner but an 18 wheeler was blocking it so we missed it on our first try. What a beautiful day! Glad you joined us! - rocketmandan
