Join us for a refreshing fall hike in Peterborough as we explore the Marion Davis Trail and Wapack Trail (approx. 2.6 miles). Parts of the trail pass through The Nature Conservancy’s Joanne Bass Bross Preserve—501 acres of wilderness conserved in 2001, and part of a 2,700-acre stretch of contiguous protected land that includes the Wapack National Fish and Wildlife Refuge on North Pack Monadnock. We’ll also hike within Miller State Park, New Hampshire’s very first state park!
After the hike, we’ll head into downtown Peterborough to wander the charming streets and grab a bite to eat together.Bring water, sturdy shoes, and your appetite for both nature and good food. This is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, learn a bit of local history, and connect with community!
