Summary

Let’s cool off with a refreshing dip at Cascade Park in downtown North Woodstock! This spot is known for its smooth sloping rocks, crystal-clear water, and gentle cascades – perfect for wading, tubing, or just lounging by the river. It’s shallow enough for a relaxing swim and safe enough for kids to splash around. Bonus: dogs are welcome too!

Cascade Park is located just off Route 3, right next to the town visitor’s center and across from Cascade Lodge. Park anywhere in town and follow the short path through the picnic area to reach the river.

After swimming, we’ll head to nearby Lincoln for lunch and chill time together.

Bring:
– Swimsuit, towel, water shoes
– Sunscreen and bug spray
– Snacks or drinks if you’d like to hang at the river longer

Note: There may be restrooms in the visitor’s center, but come prepared just in case.
