Vermont Winter Hiking/Camping

Hoping to check off some winter backpacking this year. I thru hiked the AT a few years ago and now am attempting to section hike the remainder of the Long Trail in VT. The worst part of the section hikes is the logistics, arranging transport from one trail head to the other. Would be fun to put together a small group to do some day hikes and work towards a multi night section hike with a key swap in the middle. Did a one night loop around and over Mt Greylock last year with a friend that I met on here. We both live in RI so would be great to meet a couple more guys to build a little hiking/backpacking roup with.
