This was a great hike - there were 2 strenuous spots on the hike that were fairly difficult to navigate, but when one slowed down and figured out how to get past that spot it was totally doable - and the rest of the hike was gorgeous - tghe guide book suggested it would take 5 to 7 hours to do the hike, we did it in 4 without pushing and I'm 69 years old - the Appalachian Trail is truely a national gem and hiking it naked is all that much more fun - saw 6 folks from start to finish and all were totally pleasant and appeared to have no issues with meeting a naked hiker.  I'm looking forward to going back and doing several other sections of the AT in the immediate area.
