We headed east this time and found this part of the trail a bit more interesting in terms of landscape and trail variations.  we hit plenty of bridges along our pathway, passed a few small business, farm lands, empty timber lots, recently cleared, and quite a few bikers of all ages and all abilities.

The weather was great the entire time although dark clouds showed up from time to time to give us pause, but we carried on and went a little over 10 miles before heading back to our starting point and our lunch which was waiting for us, upon our return.
