I am planning a long weekend at Cove Lake State Park near Caryville, TN (just north of Rocky Top, Tennessee!), about 30 miles north of Knoxville. I plan to arrive on Thursday night, August 20. Friday,
On I-75, about 30 miles north of Knoxville, TN, take exit 134/Veterans Memorial Hwy and head east. Go 1/2 mile and turn left into the main entrance of the park. My camping reservation has been CANCELLED. I will be at the Park Office at 8:30 a.m. for the CITO (take first right upon entering the park). The other events, starting at 10:00 a.m., will be in the Recreation Building at the end of Goose Lane (the first left upon entering the park).
