I am sorry for the relatively late notice of this announcement, but this outdoor activity is HIGHLY dependent on the weather, and Saturday finally looks like the best day out of the Labor Day
Address 161 Brownstone Avenue Portland, CT 06480 (866) 860-0208

From Route 9 North or South in Middletown, proceed eastbound over the Arrigoni Bridge (Route 17) and at the fifth stop light, take a left onto Middlesex Avenue. At the stop sign, turn left onto Brownstone Avenue. Parking will be on your right.
Meet at the life vests just inside the entrance to the park.
The weather was very nice for our day at the Brownstone Park. Mike K and I hung out, swam, and did zip lines. I climbed the rock wall several times. There were other non-GO people who were there as well, and it was a fun time for all. I hope to give more advance notice for the next GO trip to Brownstone, so others can enjoy the activity as well!
