Continuing the Turkey Tramp tradition, let me be your guide since I used to work here. We will meet at the Trail head located 1/2 mile into Mashamoquet Brook State Park located on Route 44 in Pomfret,
From Hartford: 84 east to exit 69 to 44 east. Boston, Providence, Worcester and New London: take best route to 395 to exit 93 to 101 west to 44 west. Park is located about 2 miles from 101/44 junction on left side. For GPS, use 276 Mashamoquet Road, Pomfret, CT. Do not use office location at 147 Wolf Den Drive. Park and meet at trailhead 1/2 mile into park. Look for red Prius.
