Trip Report/Photos

The day started off super, as the weather couldn't have been any better, sunny skies, 60 degrees, dry, etc. Everyone got there on time, all 13 GO members (and one super cute Doggie) and to top it all off, everyone showed up (no one cancelled and even better we had zero "no showes" this time around).  GREAT!  We did have a little problem staying on the orang trail to start, but back tracked a little and were on corse once again (just a small little detour up a very  nice road). The trail from there on however was a bit more of a climb and rockier than had expected. A few guys had to back down while the rest of us went on. Everyone met up however back near the river  (where I am from however we call them CREEKS) where we hung out for a bit to talk and take some pics. From there 1/2 of us went back into town in Hackettstown for a late lunch and some more socializing. These GO events are always super social gatherings, great for getting out doors, and in addition some great physical activity.  It's a win win win.
