One picture in this post is a map of the area. GPS's - set to 22 Carolina St., Derby, CT. North / South on Rt. 8, take Exit 15. Turn left. Home Depot will be on your right. Just past Home Depot is a traffic light (Water St.). Take your next left (Caroline St.). The red line indicates where the paved road turns to a dirt road to get to the boat launch. Go under train tressel, and follow road up hill and over the Derby Greenway. (Watch out for wayward pedestrians.) Boat launch is under Rt. 8. Use caution going down hill from Greenway . . . road might have pot holes or washed out areas, but is passible. (Don't know if the town fixed these yet or not.)
