We will meet at the Rhode Island State House on Smith Street. Take Route 195 South into Providence. Take Exit 22C, Providence Place (it is a mall and a road). Take a right on to Providence Place, then a left to stay on the road. Go straight and Providence Place becomes Park Street. Take a right on Smith Street.
