From Laramie, take I-80 east to Exit 323 (Happy Jack Rd). Take Happy Jack Rd east for about 5 miles, then turn south onto the Blair-Wallis Rd (FR707). Follow Blair-Wallis (labeled as Headquarters Rd on some maps) for almost 2 miles to a right (west) turn that feeds into a dirt lot next to the trailhead.
