The meeting time could be at 7 pm, but in fact it doesnt matter, you could arrive at saturday when ever you want. The guesthouse is 16 km from Les Vans in the mountains in a small villiage ( only 3 houses) called Vénissac, this is near National Parc Cévennes. The owners of the guesthouse could catch you by car at Les Vans, there is the next bus station. If you come from Airport Lyon or Paris, you have to take TGV train to Montélimar and then the bus to Les Vans. If you come from Airport Marseille you have to take the train to Villefort Station via Nîmes and Ales and the the guesthouse people would catch you at Villefort Station. The guesthouse is called Mas de la Gagniere (www.masdelagagniere.eu), the two guys who own it are friends of mine.
