Mt. Baldy is the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountians... just over 10, 000 ft. To make the climb a manageable day hike, we'll take the ski lift ($15) to Baldy Notch (8,550'). From there,it's a
Exit the 210 in Claremont at Mountain and drive towards the mountains, eventually connecting with Mt. Baldy Blvd. Continue to the end, and we'll gather in the parking lot (you know what I look like!), and I drive a green RAV-4. Remember....the lift ticket is $15. You don't need an Adventure Pass to park in the parking lot.
