 This is about a six hour round trip over a mostly moderate trail.  There is a little bit of rock climbing but no technical gear or experience is needed.  Wear sneakers or hiking boots

Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at:

We will meet at the Mendenhall Glacier's west trailhead at 9:30am and leave promptly at 10:00am.  The trailhead is at the end of Skater's Cabin Rd. about 1/4 mile past the entrance to Mendenhall campgrounds.
