Curry Ginger Couscous

Ingredients
3 cups Couscous
3 Tbsp Powdered Shortening
1 tsp Ground Ginger
2 tsp Curry powder
3/4 cup Cashews
1 1/2 cup Dehydrated Vegatables
 
Instructions
In the morning, fill a 1 quart water bottle with water and dump in your 1 1/2 cup dehydrated vegetables. As you hike, the vegetables will rehydrate.

At dinnertine, boil 4 cups water. Add all ingredients, including the vegetables and their 1 quart rehydrating water. Boil 5-10 minutes, until couscous and vegetables are tenter.
