• About me: : We both love being on the water and one of us loves being in it as well. Kayaking is a great way to experience the water up close and personal. Had brief exposure to sea kayaking... would like to do more of that with an experienced sea kayaker. We have a motor boat which we enjoy using, but we don't get out as often as we expected we would. Enjoy exploring the many spoil islands of the Indian River Lagoon near our home.
• Favorite Places: : Ocean, rivers, lakes, swamps, beaches, swimming pools. Spain, New Mexico, N.C. mountains, New York (city & state), and hundreds of places as yet unexplored
• Outdoor Experience: : Reasonably experienced in kayaking, canoeing, calm water rafting, road biking, and hiking. Swim & snorkel recreationally. Somewhat experienced in camping, but it has been years and we don't currently have the gear. I checked "sailing" as a "liked"activity - that's a prediction, as we haven't yet had the opportunity to check it out (but I fully expect to love it!)
