• About me: : Recently retired college professor. Back to New Hampshire after 40+ years mostly in the mid west. Need to reintroduce myself to my old stomping grounds. With few exceptions, if it is food I will eat it. Working on getting back in shape, down 15 lbs. about half way to my goal. I've never had a 'six-pack' not looking to get there now.
• Favorite Places: : National and Provincial Parks, most anywhere outdoors, the fewer people the better. Anywhere in or around water is usually good.
• Outdoor Experience: : Experience: Horseback trip in Canadian Rocky's, Mountain biking in Whistler BC, Volcano hiking in Hawaii, sea kayaking Vancouver island, Rock climbing in the Tetons and white water rafting down the Grand Canyon and the new river gorge. All of these involved tent camping. Level of expertice: With instruction, I can manage. Definitly NOT highly skilled.
