This fun-filled Halloween-themed paddle event welcomes paddlers of all skill levels for a scenic community paddle. Whether you arrive as a wicked witch, howling werewolf, or any spooky character in between, participants will enjoy a festive day on the water, costume and decorative boat contests, photo opportunities, and community camaraderie!
Come for the paddle, stay for the fire pit and ghost stories!

WHAT TO WEARParticipants are highly encouraged to go all out and dress in their Halloween best!
Paddler-Friendly Designs: Keep safety and mobility in mind. Opt for costumes that are easy to move in, won't weigh you down if they get wet, and allow you to comfortably wear a personal flotation device (PFD).
Deck Out Your Boat: Don't stop at your own outfit, decorating your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard with spooky props, cobwebs, or lights makes the event even more festive.

Get on I-89 South heading toward Montpelier.Follow I-89 S for about 25 miles to Exit 10 (Waterbury / US-2 / VT-100).At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto VT-100 North.Drive north on VT-100 for exactly 3 miles.Turn left onto Reservoir Road and follow it for about 0.4 miles. The road leads directly into the park entrance.
