Best Decorated Boat: Participants can compete for the best decorated boat and win a prize! WHAT TO WEAR Participants are highly encouraged to go all out and dress in their Halloween best! Paddler-Friendly Designs: Keep safety and mobility in mind. Opt for costumes that are easy to move in, won't weigh you down if they get wet, and allow you to comfortably wear a personal flotation device (PFD). Deck Out Your Boat: Don't stop at your own outfit, decorating your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard with spooky props, cobwebs, or lights makes the event even more festive.
