Summary

Join us for a scenic loop through Beaver Brook featuring peaceful ponds, wooded trails, and a short ridge climb with beautiful views.

This trail offers a nice mix of terrain. We’ll start with relatively flat, easy walking around the ponds, then gradually work our way up to a slightly more challenging ridgeline section before looping back down.

Hike Details:
• Distance:

4.4 miles
• Elevation Gain:

275 ft
• Estimated Time: 1.5–2 hours (group pace)
• Route Type: Loop

Difficulty: Moderate (Beginner-Intermediate Friendly)
This is a true moderate hike. Not overly strenuous, but not a flat walk either.

Expect:
• Some uneven and rocky sections
• A few gentle climbs, especially on the ridge
• Steady movement with minimal long breaks

If you’re comfortable walking a few miles and handling mild elevation and uneven footing, you should be good for this one.

What To Expect:
• Pond and marsh views
• Forested, shaded trails
• Wildlife spotting opportunities
• A short ridge section with nice scenery

Additional Notes:
• Trail is well-marked and easy to follow
• Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and bug spray recommended
• Dogs allowed on leash
• Please assess your own fitness level before joining to keep the group moving smoothly
