Anyone interested to join me for a hike to False Cape this Sunday, January 3rd? It’s a short notice but still time to set up for it. Seems we’d have a decent hiking weather.

You can get there by diving I-264 E: take exit 17B (S Independence Blvd exit), after Independence Blvd, continue onto Holland Rd, turn left onto Nimmo Pkwy, turn right onto General Booth Blvd, turn left Princess Anne Rd, continue onto Sandbridge Rd and turn right onto Sandpiper Rd. Sandpiper will bring you to Back Bay Wildlife Refuge (entrance fee $5) and we’ll meet at the parking lot near by the visitor center at 10 am.
