Join me for a July 4 "triathlon" of biking, swimming, and perhaps fireworks. The day will begin with a 20-25 mile bike ride along the Norwottuck Rail Trail from Northampton to Belchertown,

Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at:

I-91 North to exit 19. Go straight through the traffic light onto Damon Road, and park in the Elwell State Park parking area immediately on your right along Damon Road.

I-91 south to exit 20. Merge onto N. King St./U.S. 5-MA 10 south and stay left. Take your first left onto Damon Rd. and go about 1.5 miles to the parking area on your left, just before a traffic light at the intersection with Route 9.

I'll be near my dark blue Toyota Prius with MA plates and a gray bike rack. (I decided to leave the Rolls Royce at home this time. :)
