About me:
:
retired from a non profit in Boston and try to stay fit cycling most days, gym 2-3 times a week, trail running. Playing scrabble keeps the mind fit :) also written over 1500 album reviews, mostly prog rock and folk
Favorite Places:
:
the country roads of Stow, Bolton, and Harvard, MA. Watch out for those falling apples! Kauai, Sedona, Joshua Tree, The Organ Mountains of southern NM, the Sonoran Desert of Tucson area, the eastern slope in Colorado, Palm Springs, southern New Mexico, Anza Borrego Desert, Acadia, British Columbia (pretty much the whole place!), Costa Rica, Fiji, Australia, France, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain's Basque country, New Zealand, Thailand, Ireland, Vietnam, Sarawak (Malaysia) and South Africa
Outdoor Experience:
:
I'm more of a self made athlete than a natural one, although I have always loved nature and the outdoors. Even just biking or walking through an urban linear park seems to calm me to the core
