Kauai, Sedona, Joshua Tree, The Organ Mountains of southern NM, the Sonoran Desert of Tucson area, the eastern slope in Colorado, Palm Springs, southern New Mexico, Anza Borrego Desert, Acadia, British Columbia (pretty much the whole place!), Costa Rica, Fiji, Australia, France, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain's Basque country, New Zealand, Thailand, Ireland, Vietnam, Sarawak (Malaysia) and South Africa
