Thanks to 'bdevoted' for your response - it is nice to know there is life beyond the sea.
I am a hospital doctor, in my early 50s, coming to Boston for the months of June and July to have a sabbatical visit to one or two hospitals there with respect to the management of medicines and therapeutic drugs.
I have exchanged homes for June with a guy in Boston (near the centre of the city). In July, I am travelling around New England and New York.
But that is the serious stuff. I am interested in anything cultural, and anything to do with the outdoors including travelling and hiking. I have been to New England before, but never for this much time.
My partner Chris will be coming over for the first two weeks of July.
It will be really nice to know of activities in and around Boston for those two months. It would be good to meet at some stage then.
