It was 5 below zero when I left the house, and I'm pretty sure it was still below zero when I started the hike.

Went up the South Peak Trail which is very steep in spots, and down the North Peak Trail.  The elevation gain on South Peak Trail is around 660 ft, most of that is in a 3/4 mile stretch. 

Loop hike of 2.75 to 3 miles, and took 2.5 hours.

I had the mountain all to myself.
