This was my first hike with Gay Outdoors and it was a blast! I met the group right where described. The guys were all super welcoming and we got on the trail at 11am on the dot. The hike leader even came prepared with copies of the map, for the trail we were taking, for each person to follow. The group was all the same hiking level which made the hike more seamless (no stragglers).

We made a few quick stops for water and eventually stopped for lunch with a view overlooking Lake Solitude. We continued on to the top of Mount Sunapee where they were already making snow which was a fun surprise! After playing in the snow and taking in the view of the summit we made our way back down the trail. On the way down, we stopped at Eagles Nest and took in another incredible view of Lake Sunapee.

It was a great day of hiking and I'm looking forward to the next!
