• About me: : I'm a down to earth, athletic guy who grew up on a ranch in E. Oregon, and enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors. I enjoy anything that gets me out in the wilds and working up a sweat in search of adventure. Interests include hiking, backpacking, camping, alpine ski touring, snowshoeing, alpine climbing, bouldering, snorkeling and trail running. I'm definitely open to trying new things, and have been thinking about kayaking and kite boarding this next year. My perfect day would include sunrise on a mountain summit, walking through a meadow full of wildflowers, or kicking back next to a campfire and watching shooting stars streak across the night sky. Skinny dipping is also a given if it's hot and there’s a pristine alpine lake or creek nearby. I enjoy exploring off trail to see the hidden places often overlooked.
