The weather turned challenging for us on this 15 mile AT hike. 11 of the 15 miles were hiked in a cloud.

As we hiked along the Roan Massif we were often blown of off the trail by gale force winds. The winds blew all day (with rain) until we got down into the forest during the last four miles. Definately a challange.

Three of us did this hike.
