The day consisted of two hikes along the Withlacoochee River near Nobleton. The weather was sunny with temperatures in the mid 70's.

The first hike was the most scenic of the two with full canopy cover along the 4.3 miles single track trail. We had many views of wetlands, cypress stands, and the river. This hike was north to south from Hog Island Campground to the Iron Bridge Recreation Area.

The second hike was also along the river with views from much higher view point. This 7 mile hike was on a much wider (almost double track) trail. It was also a north to south from the Silver Lake Campground to State Road 50.
