"June is Bustin' Out All Over!" Our seven gay men walked along the muddy river path from Jamaica Pond to the Fens and encountered much wild life! Highlights included the scenic beauty of Wards Pond, the geese and goslings, and the Rose Pavilion with over 200 varieties of roses. We ended not at the Reeds in the Fens (the popular outdoor cruise area in the 20th century) but on Peterborough Street's restaurant row for take out, getting Greek, Thai and Indian dishes! Lots of fun and comradery and a great way to start Pride Month!!!
